Services
Restored Soul offers consultations, testimonials (speaking engagements), and resources/referrals for victims/survivors (when possible). Restored Soul plans for future service expansion as the organization grows.

Availability
Restored Soul will be unavailable on major holidays. Urgent requests for services are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Since Restored Soul’s owner and sole employee is a full-time student, some booking times may be unavailable due to class schedules and school workload. Please contact us in advance for booking availability.

Age Requirements
Services are intended for adult clients (18+) unless otherwise specified.

Business Entity

Restored Soul is currently operating as a sole proprietorship, owned and managed by Niriah Williams. Plans are underway to transition from a sole propietorship into a C-Corporation as the organization expands in alignment with our mission.

Payment Plans
Payment plans may be arranged for services with a price of $100 or more, provided the total is paid off within 6 months of the scheduled service.

Payment Agreements/Receipts
Payment agreements and receipts will be provided via email before/after services are rendered, after payments are processed, or upon request.

Sliding Scale

Restored Soul is committed to accessibility and support, especially for those directly impacted by commercial sexual exploitation (CSE) and those actively working to combat it. 

We offer sliding scale rates for:

• Victims and survivors of CSE
• Organizations or individuals engaged in anti-CSE work

For those who qualify for sliding scale pricing, we kindly ask the following minimum contributions to ensure sustainability:

• Consultations: Starting at $10/30 minutes.
• Testimonials: $100 minimum/hr.
• Each additional hour: $50.
   

If cost remains a barrier, please reach out—limited pro bono sessions may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Sliding scale eligibility requires brief documentation or explanation of financial need. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate where possible, within the scope of our mission and availability.

Financial need may include, but is not limited to:

• Lack of steady income or underemployment
• Being in school or transition (e.g., recent relocation, recovery, reentry, etc.)
• Experiencing housing instability or basic needs insecurity
• Operating a grassroots or underfunded organization
• Loss of funding or unexpected hardship

If you believe you may qualify or if you are unsure if you may qualify, please mention it in your booking inquiry.

Discounts

We offer the following discounts as part of our commitment to collaboration and awareness:

• 25% discount for NTCAHT members (must mention affiliation when booking)
• 10% discount during the following relevant observance periods that align with our mission:
  •  January – National Human Trafficking Awareness Month
  •  April – Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) 
  •  October – Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Discounted rates may not be combined with sliding scale rates, and clients must mention the discount at the time of booking. 

Fees/Costs
The fees for Restored Soul’s services depend on the type of event, location, travel expenses, and duration.

30-minute virtual consultations for victims and survivors are the only service offered at no cost. Up to 3 (per person) of these consultations are provided for free to victims and survivors who are currently or have recently been exploited. Free consultations are not available to survivors who are stable and have not been exploited for an extended period of time.

• Local, in-state travel, and out-of-state travel testimonials have a base price of $200/hr.
• International travel testimonials have a base price of $300/hr.
• Additional time will be $50/hr.
• All travel testimonials will incur travel fees to cover the costs of travel accommodations.
• Consultations are $25/30 mins.

Timely Booking & Communication

• Consultations: Must be booked, with contracts signed and/or payment agreements finalized, at least 7 days in advance.
• Local Testimonials: Must be booked, with contracts signed and payment agreements finalized, at least 1 month in advance.
• In-State Travel Testimonials: Must be booked, with contracts signed and payment agreements finalized, at least 1 month in advance.
• Out-of-State Testimonials (Within the USA): Must be booked, with contracts signed and payment agreements finalized, at least 2 months in advance.
• International Testimonials (Outside the USA): Must be booked, with contracts signed and payment agreements finalized, at least 3 months or more in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations of paid consultations within 12 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 25% fee of the total booking price.
• Cancellations of local travel testimonials within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 25% fee of the total booking price.
• Cancellations of in-state and out-of-state travel testimonials within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 25% fee of the total booking price.
• Cancellations of international travel testimonials within 14 days of the scheduled service will incur a 25% fee of the total booking price.
• Rescheduling consultations within 12 hours will incur a 10% fee of the total booking price.
• Rescheduling local travel testimonials within 72 hours will incur a 10% fee of the total booking price.
• Rescheduling in-state and out-of-state travel testimonials within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 10% fee of the total booking price.
• Rescheduling international travel testimonials within 14 days of the scheduled service will incur a 10% fee of the total booking price.

Refunds/Emergency Situations

• Refunds are provided in full if the service is cancelled in a timely manner. Cancellations are considered "timely" if they are made within the time frames detailed in the cancellations and rescheduling policy.
• Emergencies such as illness, hospitalization, bereavement, or similar situations will not incur fees unless there is a pattern of cancellations (two or more).
• If the owner, as the current sole employee of Restored Soul, experiences unavoidable circumstances such as illness, hospitalization, bereavement, or similar situations that necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of services, we will promptly inform the booking party. In such cases, the booking party will have the option to select one of the following remedies based on their needs:

1. Full Refund: If the booking party opts for a full refund and cancellation, we will offer a 15% discount on their next scheduled service as a gesture of goodwill.
2. Free Reschedule: The booking party may choose to reschedule the service at no additional cost. For last-minute cancellations or rescheduling, we will extend a 15% discount on the rescheduled service.

Respect and Inclusivity

We welcome all individuals regardless of faith background or beliefs. However, we ask that anyone engaging with Restored Soul does so with the understanding that our work is led by our Christian faith. Respect for this foundation is essential to maintaining a productive and harmonious relationship.

Non-Invasive Outreach
At Restored Soul, we are committed to sharing the love and truth of Christ with compassion and sincerity. While we do not force anyone to believe, our hope and prayer is that you will come to accept Him. We understand that faith is a personal journey, and while we may not agree with rejecting Christ, we will never forcefully impose our beliefs on you. Instead, we aim to guide, inspire, and support you with grace and love.

Faith-Based Partnerships
We prioritize working with partners and collaborators who align with our Christian mission. All partnerships, however, are prayerfully considered, and we seek those approved by God to further our work effectively.

Commitment to Faith

Restored Soul will not compromise its faith-based approach. If potential clients, collaborators, or supporters are not comfortable with this perspective, we kindly recommend finding an alternative organization better suited to their preferences. Our dedication to combatting CSE is inseparable from our mission to share God’s love and draw others to Him.

Recording of Services

Recording is permitted only with prior written consent through our consent form, provided at your request. Appropriate credit must be given to Restored Soul and the designated speaker. This ensures protection of intellectual property and privacy.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and presentations provided by Restored Soul are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

Data Collection
We collect only the information necessary to provide services, such as contact details and relevant case information. All data is handled confidentially and securely.

Third-Party Sharing
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary (e.g. payment processing). We do not sell or use data for marketing without explicit consent.

Security Measures
Our website and systems employ industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
